The National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA) Commission, Inc. offers a national early childhood program accreditation system. NECPA accreditation is recognized by MSDE as one of the national early childhood program accreditation systems regarding the Judy Hoyer Enhancement Grant requirements.
