Guide to Operation, Monitoring and Evaluations of Judy Center Partnerships

Children who participate in Judy Center Partnerships are provided access to a high-quality early care and education programs that meet the year-round needs of children and families. This is necessary in order to provide the consistency of learning experiences for children and to maintain the continuity of early learning opportunities provided to families.

Eleven components are the focus in Judy Center Partnerships early care education services:

  2. COMPONENT II: Breakfast / Lunch
  3. COMPONENT III: Service Coordination
  4. COMPONENT IV: Integration of Early Education Services
  5. COMPONENT V: Family Support and Involvement
  6. COMPONENT VI: Early Identification and Intervention
  7. COMPONENT VII: Preschool Special Education
  8. COMPONENT VIII: Health Related Services
  9. COMPONENT IX: Maryland Model for School Readiness/Professional Development
  10. COMPONENT X: Adult Education and Family Literacy
  11. COMPONENT XI: Accreditation/Validation
