Explanation of Scores
For each domain you should receive a score between 10 and 50. Consult
the scoring scale below to determine how you are doing in each domain. For
additional information for each domain, use the resource section of this hand-book
to obtain materials that can help your team improve those specific skills.
Finally, develop an action plan to improve the teams skills by using the
Planning for Improvement section.
Score
| 10-20 | | Your team should utilize the resources listed in this handbook to seek help and to work to strengthen the skills of the team members and team as a whole. |
| 21-30 | While you do possess some skills, there is room for team improvement. Consider which of these skills are most important for your teams functioning,
and work to improve those first. |
| 31-40 | Your team appears to be working in a satisfactory fashion. There may be a few areas that you will want to improve. Assess what you are doing well, and establish systems to keep those strong skills. |
| 41-50 | Your group is doing well! Your team possesses the competencies and skills necessary for effective team functioning. You may want to use the list of resources to add new skills or to address the needs of new team members. Keep up the good work! |
